Max Cavalerra ist nach verschiedenen gefeierten Veröffentlichungen auf Broque ein treuer Wegbegleiter und ein echtes Aushängeschild des Labels geworden. Auch durch seine Gastauftritte auf Karmarouge oder Harthouse ist er schon lange kein Unbekannter mehr. Nach einer kleinen Ruhezeit sind wir wirklich stolz, nun endlich Max’ neue EP “Beyond the Skyline” präsentieren zu können.
Max’ Hang zu verträumter Detroit Romantik ist auch auf seinen neuen 6 Tracks nicht zu überhören, die sowohl mit tief grollendem Berghain-Maschinensound als auch leichtfüßig melodieverliebten Border Community-Reminiszenzen ueberzeugen. Fünf Tracks, die mit absoluter Selbstverständlichkeit Höhepunkte auf dem Dancefloor produzieren, um so auf die denkbar natürlichste Art und Weise ihre Peaktimeansprüche geltend zu machen.
